Prophets are holy men that Allah (SWT) sent to their respective people to help them better their religious life and overcome the evils of Satan.

Among these prophets some are known as Messengers because they were ordered by Allah (SWT) specifically to deliver His message to their respective people. Among these, five are considered the cream of the crop (Uli Al-'Azm):

Nooh (Noah) Alayhi AsSalam (Peace be upon him)

IbRaheem (Abraham) Alayhi AsSalam (Peace be upon him)

Moossa (Moses) Alayhi AsSalam (Peace be upon him)

Iissa (Jesus) Alayhi AsSalam (Peace be upon him)

Mohammed (SAW) Alayhi AsSalam (Peace be upon him) who is the only one who was sent to all mankind not just his people, the Arabs.
